Our kitchen is principally based on traditional dishes of the ladin cuisine of South Tyrol. Typical ingredients as potato, barley, meat, milk products are utilized in the local recipes, using high quality products of South Tyrol. Since some years we have included some gourmet plates, created from star cooks, and their recipes have given our kitchen a creative evolution.
